What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Performance: Use quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and business insights to evaluate financial and operational performance, identify opportunities, and solve complex business problems, demonstrating curiosity and a structured approach to decision-making.
• Develop Recommendations: Assess financial and business risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and develop thoughtful, data-supported recommendations, exercising discretion when managing confidential or sensitive information.
• Present Findings: Develop and present actionable, leadership-ready recommendations or reports to cross-functional stakeholders, aiming to influence strategic decisions.
• Drive Initiatives: Support and contribute to strategic initiatives such as financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate development, business intelligence, strategic finance, capital allocation, cost optimization, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and other departments to solve real business challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an MBA degree, with a focus on Finance or a related business field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional business experience, specifically in Finance or a directly related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including comfort working with diverse data sets. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive relationships at all organizational levels, with business partners, and with vendors. Proven capability to present findings and influence decisions among senior management.
• Bonus: Preferred negotiation experience.
