The TL;DR

• Pay: $15000–$62000 yearly
• Team: Customer Success Services (CSS) organization, embedded within the Trading Partner Services (TPS) and Transformation & Enablement Services (TES) teams
• Mission: Onboard and empower suppliers to transact digitally on the SAP Business Network, driving efficiency and value for both buyers and suppliers globally
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project tracking tools (Jira, Smartsheet), AI tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Project Workstreams: Lead or co-lead defined project workstreams within the Trading Partner Services and Transformation & Enablement Services teams, applying structured project management frameworks to track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Analyze Workflows: Analyze procurement workflows across indirect and direct material supply chains to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for digital adoption.
• Drive Adoption: Contribute to change management initiatives that encourage supplier and customer behavioral adoption of SAP Business Network capabilities.
• Utilize AI for Analysis: Conduct business analysis using AI tools and data to surface adoption trends, predict enablement bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven actions.
• Develop Content: Assist in developing enablement content, playbooks, and knowledge resources for the Transformation & Enablement Services team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with a foundational understanding of procurement concepts.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest or coursework in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP frameworks), and academic grounding or experience in change management principles and stakeholder engagement.
• Skills: Analytical mindset to synthesize data into actionable recommendations; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams independently; collaborative team player; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bonus: Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and their application in business process analysis and decision-making; familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
