AI Enablement Intern | Big-D Construction

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Identification: Identify repetitive, time-consuming workflows across our diverse construction operations that can be optimized or automated through AI technologies.
• AI Solution Development: Build and customize effective Copilot prompts, AI agents, and comprehensive playbooks tailored to address identified operational inefficiencies.
• Training & Enablement: Plan and conduct practical AI training sessions to empower employees across the organization to effectively utilize new AI tools and solutions.
• Use Case Documentation: Document clear and concise AI use cases, detailing how specific technologies are applied to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Performance Measurement: Measure and analyze the adoption rates of AI technologies and quantify the tangible time savings achieved through their implementation, demonstrating business impact.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level internship opportunity designed for students currently pursuing degrees in computer science, data analytics, information systems, business analytics, or other closely related academic programs. We are specifically seeking individuals with a strong interest in the practical application of artificial intelligence to real-world business challenges. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience and strong proficiency in using popular AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude. Candidates should also possess practical experience in process mapping to identify and visually represent workflows.
• Skills: Essential skills include effective documentation for creating clear guides and use cases, capabilities in change management to facilitate technology adoption, strong concept training skills for educating others on new tools, and basic data analysis abilities to measure and report on key metrics.
