What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership & Management: Oversee, direct, and manage all day-to-day facets of business within the local branch office, driving sales activity, maximizing profitability, and establishing operational goals for continued growth.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, industry professionals, and supplier representatives that frequently interact with the Branch.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage all facets of financial activity relative to the P&L, ensuring fiscal responsibility by monitoring costs, establishing cost controls, and reviewing various financial and operational reports.
• Team Development & Coaching: Conduct regular coaching, counseling, and mentoring sessions with all levels of management and sales to build a positive and motivating work environment, while also assigning, instructing, training, and providing direction.
• Sales & Performance Driving: Ensure that all Contract and Aftermarket/Industrial Sales Team Members consistently meet or exceed all activity standards for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and assist with bid proposals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess an Associate’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of management principles within the Security Integration sector.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of management experience specifically within Security Integration, coupled with 5-7 years of direct experience within Security Integration Solutions. This includes at least 5-7 years managing multiple teams and 5 years in a similar leadership position.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of change management practices, intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Products including Excel, Word, and Outlook, excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail, and a proven ability to motivate others and build strong internal and external working relationships.
