This is a full-time, two-year leadership development program at Republic Services, requiring participants to work in various locations for rotational assignments and relocate for post-program placement. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Learning: Participate in assignments across core business functions like Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance.
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze business metrics, including sales, gross profit, and inventory, to support data-driven decisions.
• Team Development: Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of fellow team members.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA degree completed or expected within 12 months, with a foundational understanding of business finance, operations, and performance metrics.
• Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions.
• Bonus: Prior operational experience.
