Senior Product Operations Manager | Netradyne

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Netradyne, located in California with a hybrid work schedule. Netradyne leverages Computer Vision and Edge Computing to provide leading fleet safety solutions, experiencing rapid growth and disrupting the transportation ecosystem. This role is critical for designing and operating the fundamental systems of the product team, directly enabling product managers to work more effectively and contributing to the company’s continued expansion.

• Mission: Design and run the operating system for the product team to enhance the effectiveness of product managers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Cadence: Own and execute the end-to-end quarterly product planning cycle, including inputs, timelines, decision forums, and output artifacts like roadmaps, PRDs, and launch briefs.
• Prioritization: Establish and maintain a consistent prioritization framework across all Product Managers, working with Engineering leadership to manage capacity allocation and visibility for unplanned work.
• Voice of Customer: Develop and manage the pipeline for customer feedback from Sales, CS, and Support, creating a searchable taxonomy and research repository to influence roadmap decisions.
• Performance Measurement: Define and maintain product metrics for feature usage, adoption, and activation, owning OKR instrumentation and the review cadence to keep objectives a live management tool.
• Quality & Escalation: Oversee the product organization’s view into quality, partnering with Engineering and Support on severity taxonomy, monitoring backlog health, and modeling defect impact for portfolio-level decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with 8+ years in product management, product operations, program management, or business operations, including experience supporting a product organization of 10+ PMs.
• Experience: Deep hands-on Jira expertise (configuration, workflows, custom fields, automation, JQL, dashboards) and Confluence administration; experience building or running a voice-of-customer program; defining OKRs and product KPIs; and driving process adoption across non-direct reports.
• Skills: Ability to build metrics and reporting from raw data with working SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI); fluency in product management frameworks (RICE, WSJF, Jobs-to-be-Done, OKRs, opportunity solution trees) with adaptable judgment; strong written communication.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience building internal tools with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code); prior experience standing up a product operations function from scratch; Enterprise SaaS background, particularly with hardware or field-deployed components; familiarity with CS platforms (Gainsight, Salesforce) as data sources.
