Campus Marketing & Brand Experience Intern (Project-Based) | AWE Consulting Group LLC
The Tone:
This is a project-based internship at AWE Consulting Group LLC, located in Los Angeles, CA. AWE Consulting Group LLC proudly represents MaH, an internationally recognized lifestyle backpack and accessories brand celebrated for its thoughtful design, commitment to sustainability, and exceptional everyday functionality. As MaH embarks on its expansion into the U.S. market, this role is pivotal for launching one of its first major university brand activations during UCLA Welcome Week 2026. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain significant hands-on experience in brand marketing, experiential events, community engagement, and content creation, serving as a critical step in introducing a global brand to a highly influential U.S. consumer base, going beyond a traditional event staffing role.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campus Experience: Welcome students to the MaH activation booth, authentically introduce the brand and its products, and encourage exploration and interaction to create an energetic, welcoming environment.
• Student Engagement: Lead interactive games and giveaways, actively promote QR code campaigns and social media engagement, and maintain an exciting atmosphere at the booth.
• Content Creation: Conduct short on-camera student interviews, capture authentic campus stories, and support content creation efforts for Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and future campaigns.
• Community Building: Connect with student organizations, identify potential campus ambassadors and creators, and gather valuable student feedback regarding products and campus trends.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career position. Must be currently enrolled at UCLA, with an interest in marketing, branding, social media, communications, business, design, or entrepreneurship.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required. Preferred experience includes involvement with student organizations, campus events, public speaking, content creation, or community leadership.
• Skills: Possesses a positive, outgoing personality, enjoys building relationships, and feels comfortable speaking with strangers and being on camera. Must be reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• Bonus: Applicants demonstrating availability for multiple event dates during UCLA Welcome Week (September 16–22, 2026) will receive priority consideration. Outstanding performers may also be invited to continue working on future projects.
