The TL;DR

• Pay: $51000–$52000 yearly
• Mission: Develop future leaders with expertise across all core areas of rental operations to drive business unit performance and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales: Handle inbound calls and outbound solicitations to generate revenue for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales.
• Operations: Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventative maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations maintain alignment with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory requirements.
• Customer Relations: Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to sustain ongoing relationships and expand the current customer base.
• Market Share: Meet overall Ryder market share objectives by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar related degree.
• Experience: No specific years required; one year or more of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; computer literacy (intermediate).
• Bonus: Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program.
