What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Reporting & Visualization: Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to support forecasting and planning.
• Data Querying: Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze business data for reporting and insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role for individuals currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, basic understanding of SQL and database concepts, and familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, charts, data analysis); experience writing SQL queries for reporting and business analysis; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio; understanding of KPIs, business performance measurement, and operational reporting; basic knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques; familiarity with Python or R for business analytics; strong data storytelling, presentation, and visualization skills.
