The Tone:

This role is essential for building the operational engine behind a fast-growing startup, driving direct impact by ensuring operational efficiency and data accuracy to make the workplace experience better for thousands of people.

• Mission: This person ensures operational data integrity and system functionality, manages critical compliance processes, and provides system training to support seamless service delivery.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Support the operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct and users are properly set up to use operating systems.
• Quality Assurance: Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure all data remains accurate and updated.
• Process Management: Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team, including payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, and health permits, liaising with external counsel as required.
• Training & Support: Train the operations team on system usage and act as the primary interface for team support via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner.
• Operational Support: Support other activities within Business Operations as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with core domain knowledge in operational support, data management, and system user setup.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in ensuring data accuracy, managing operational processes, and providing system training and support.
• Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, coupled with an ability to think strategically and act tactically.
• Bonus: An entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for food, startups, or improving office-based culture.
