What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop and test new HR technology features to improve functionality and user experience.
• Execute HR technology projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and resolve operational challenges using analytical tools.
• Participate in training programs and receive mentorship to enhance skills and knowledge in HR technology.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level undergraduate student with college credits equivalent to one year, pursuing a degree in math, computer science, business analytics, operations research, data science, or management information systems.
• Experience: Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication, along with basic organizational, prioritization, and time/project management abilities.
• Bonus: A critical thinker and problem-solver who is willing to ask questions to improve understanding and can clearly communicate complex concepts.
