What You’ll Actually Do
• Learning & Development: Participate in sales training, team meetings, and coaching sessions to build foundational knowledge.
• Prospecting: Research and build prospect lists of potential advertisers, agencies, brands, and decision-makers.
• Outreach: Create and execute outbound sales messaging, including calls and professional emails, to generate interest and book meetings.
• Sales Practice: Conduct practice discovery calls, objection handling, and sales pitch delivery with managers and peers.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate lead, contact, activity, and follow-up information in the CRM and provide weekly progress updates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent college graduate or early-career candidate; equivalent experience in sales, hospitality, promotions, customer-facing roles, or entrepreneurship will be considered. United States citizenship is required for this position.
• Experience: No specific prior digital advertising experience is required, but a strong interest in sales and online advertising is important.
• Skills:
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to maintain organization in managing leads, notes, tasks, and deadlines.
• Coachability, curiosity, and openness to learning from feedback.
• Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and continuing follow-up efforts.
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and web research.
• Bonus: Prior advertising or general sales experience is helpful.
