What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Support: Provide hands-on customer support and guide clients through the platform.
• Onboarding Management: Set up and onboard new customer accounts using the administrative portal.
• System Development: Design and implement scalable customer support systems to enhance efficiency.
• Operational Coordination: Manage general operations, documentation, and facilitate effective cross-team coordination.
• Inter-team Liaison: Serve as a crucial communication link between engineering and business teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-stage career professional with an understanding of startup environments and early-stage company dynamics.
• Experience: Proven comfort in customer-facing interactions and proficiency with administrative portals, including quickly learning new systems; no coding required.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, ability to think systemically, capacity to handle complex organizational tasks, and a personable, collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
