• Team: Leads a small team of employees and reports to assigned leadership.
• Mission: Owns daily site operations, maintains customer service standards, and supports profitability for a small team.
• Tech Stack: Oracle iProcurement, PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, mail equipment, A/V equipment

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Manage the daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility, including operating relevant office equipment.
• Team Leadership: Act as the go-to person for a small team, assisting with job assignment, scheduling projects, and reporting facility issues to leadership.
• Customer Relations: Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer issues and ensure contract compliance for sites without a Site Manager.
• Staff Development: Train and develop assigned site personnel on workflow and machine operations as necessary.
• Performance Tracking: Understand and track contractual Service Level Agreements, executing and reporting compliance and performance improvement measures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED required; proficient knowledge in B2B and/or technical fields.
• Experience: 2+ years in a related field and 2+ years of customer-facing work experience.
• Skills: Tactical process facilitation, moderate problem-solving, intermediate customer service, intermediate technical aptitude, and intermediate written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Previous training experience strongly preferred.
