Social Media Marketing Intern | OKEight

The Tone:
This is an internship at OKEight. The company operates in the technology sector, with a specific emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, as indicated by its product updates, AI insights, and the use of various AI tools. This role is vital for amplifying OKEight’s digital presence across various platforms and significantly increasing brand awareness. The intern will directly contribute by managing key social media channels, crafting diverse and engaging content, and analyzing performance to foster audience growth and refine content strategies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Channel Management: Manage key social media platforms, handling content creation, publishing, community engagement, and audience expansion.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling English content, including product updates, AI insights, case studies, and marketing campaigns, to elevate brand awareness.
• Performance Analysis: Track social media performance, analyze industry trends and competitor strategies, and refine content approaches based on insights.
• Video Production: Contribute to short-form video creation by appearing on camera for product demonstrations, AI tutorials, social media segments, and marketing campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Design, and Growth teams to support product launches, influencer marketing, and various global marketing initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Career level: Entry-Level, with foundational knowledge in social media and technology.
• Experience: Familiarity with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok, understanding content trends and best practices. Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity.
• Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication, content creation, social media content strategy, on-camera presentation, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Overseas study experience, international exposure, or a strong understanding of Western social media culture. Demonstrated natural on-camera presence and confidence.
