This position is vital for guaranteeing that the operational dimensions of the campus meet the same excellence standard as the academic programs, directly influencing student safety, staff productivity, and parent confidence. What You’ll Actually Do
• Contact: Act as a key contact point for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence.
• Safety: Direct campus safety functions, including entry management, health event handling, emergency exercises, record-keeping, and family notifications.
• Operations: Supervise daily campus functions, including attendance management, facility oversight, transit arrangements, and administrative operations.
• Onboarding: Assist with orientation and instruction for new personnel to facilitate seamless integration into campus workflows.
• Technology: Administer student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical coordinator and Google Administrator.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any field; authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role.
• Skills: Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration; strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally; ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to one of the specified campus locations if not already available to work in-person.
