• Team: Reports to the Sr. Manager Partner Operations within the GPS organization.
• Mission: Owns the operational and enablement processes for GPS Partners to support sales and improve cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Enablement: Support operational and enablement processes for GPS Partners through training and communication programs.
• Partner Advocacy: Serve as a partner advocate within GPS Sales and Operations.
• Performance Reporting: Collaborate on performance dashboards for executive reviews.
• Sales Research: Conduct partner sales research as needed to resolve partner sales tagging or tracking issues for the purpose of partner compensation.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in business operations processes, focusing on partner-led sales and operational functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education combined with relevant experience, or over six years of related professional experience.
• Experience: Over six years of professional experience in roles involving partner operations, enablement, or sales support.
• Skills: Partner program development and training delivery, operational process analysis and improvement, sales data research and compensation issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
