What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Develop Team: Provide direction and feedback to foster growth in team members.
• Cultivate Culture: Build a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Coordinate Shifts: Organize the team to ensure happy and well-organized shifts.
• Drive Initiatives: Partner with District Mentors to achieve larger company goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, specializing in restaurant operations leadership.
• Experience: 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, experience mentoring a team, and ability to work a five-day set schedule.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, detail-oriented, adaptable to new processes and systems.
