• Mission: Monitor and control the entry of all guests, vendors, and contractors by operating the community gate system, ensuring a secure and controlled environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Access Control: Operate from a dedicated guardhouse post to monitor community access effectively.
• Visitor Management: Professionally greet residents and their guests, verifying and granting entry to authorized visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Gate Operations: Efficiently and safely manage the community gate system for all incoming and outgoing traffic.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all visitor and vendor activity.
• Security Monitoring: Monitor surveillance equipment and promptly report any suspicious activities or incidents to maintain a secure environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, focusing on responsible guardhouse operations and access control procedures.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; a professional demeanor combined with strong customer service skills; keen observational abilities and a high level of attention to detail; ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening; and possession of reliable transportation to commute to Alpharetta, GA.
• Bonus: Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is considered a plus.
