This client provides essential products, expertise, and service to commercial and utility-scale projects, advancing the country’s clean energy infrastructure. The Manager in Training program is designed to develop ambitious individuals into future branch leaders who will manage high-performing teams and operate multi-million-dollar businesses, combining the stability of an established organization with entrepreneurial branch autonomy. What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales & Business Development: Develop new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and customers, and support account management activities with exceptional service.
• Operations & Supply Chain: Learn and manage daily branch operations, including warehouse management, distribution processes, inventory control, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and efficiency.
• Financial Management: Build financial acumen through hands-on experience with budgeting, profit and loss management, and pricing strategies to understand and improve overall branch performance.
• Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination and execution of commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects, learning the nuances of large-scale infrastructure development.
• Leadership & Training: Develop leadership, coaching, and team management skills through mentorship, hands-on experience, classroom instruction, and technical training, preparing to lead a multi-million-dollar branch.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience, targeting recent graduates and early-career professionals for an accelerated leadership program. Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship is required.
• Experience: No specific years of prior professional experience are required, but candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in building a long-term career in leadership and branch management, with a strong desire to learn and accept coaching.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities; a competitive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and problem-solving.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include prior experience in customer service, sales, account management, or business development. Leadership experience gained through collegiate athletics, student organizations, military service, entrepreneurial ventures, internships, or previous professional roles is also a plus. A valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate during the program are important for career development.
