The Tone:

The TL;DR

• Team: Works with store team members, assisting the manager; reports to the General Manager and Supervisor.
• Mission: Oversee the production and delivery of the store’s goods and services while training to become a Domino’s Pizza Store Manager.
• Tech Stack: Standard keyboard, function keys, daily computer reports, various store technology.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Management Development: Participate in the Management Training Program to develop managerial skills and work towards becoming a Domino’s Pizza Store Manager.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the production and delivery of goods and services, coordinating store operations during periods of high demand and stress.
• Team Leadership & Training: Direct, train, motivate, and communicate with store team members, assisting in their hiring, scheduling, and enforcing safety policies.
• Customer & Quality Assurance: Listen and communicate with customers, resolve problems and complaints, and ensure food preparation meets Valley Pizza, Inc. and Domino’s Pizza standards.
• Store Administration & Driving: Complete bookkeeping, analyze daily computer reports, manage inventory, and periodically perform delivery tasks requiring a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager in Training level, with a foundational understanding of store operations, customer service, and food preparation.
• Experience: Prior leadership experience is preferred, along with experience in employee development.
• Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members; resolve conflicts and handle unstable situations; direct, manage, and perform multiple tasks proficiently; perform mathematical computations and handle currency accurately; operate and troubleshoot technology.
• Bonus: Open availability, especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; ability to work 40+ hours per week, with up to 55 hours available; a serious attitude about work and success; proof of experience for higher start pay.
