What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Leadership: Provide ultimate oversight for all facets of restaurant operations, specifically ensuring adherence to Legendary Food and Legendary Service standards, managing all food, labor, and liquor costs, and overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Team Management & Development: Direct and manage the entire management team, which includes setting weekly schedules, assigning areas of responsibility, conducting weekly directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline. This also involves overseeing the development of key employees and managers through training in employment policies and practices, as well as managing incentive programs for both management and hourly staff.
• Talent Acquisition & Compliance: Lead the recruitment process by reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring both management and hourly employees. Additionally, ensure full compliance with all employment policies, applicable liquor laws, Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, and enforce appropriate security measures to maintain the safety of employees and guests.
• Financial & Inventory Control: Directly manage the weekly and monthly P&L, along with planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets. This includes vigilant tracking of waste and controlling labor costs to optimize financial performance.
• Quality Assurance & Culture: Maintain audit, ESF, daily Taste & Temp, and training standards within the restaurant, while actively understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures. Furthermore, act as the primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts, all while upholding the restaurant’s culture and living its core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose every day.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires an experienced leader in full-service restaurant operations who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to take full responsibility for running a restaurant.
• Experience: Candidates must bring 2 or more years of experience operating as a General Manager, Managing Partner, or Multi-Unit Manager within a full-service concept.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, coupled with the proven ability to problem-solve and effectively manage stress in a high-volume restaurant environment. A thorough understanding, management, and practice of safe food handling procedures are also critical.
