The client is a rapidly growing organization that is actively expanding its operations through strategic acquisitions, necessitating the addition of new talent to their established accounting team. The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative group, working directly with an incredible manager, and will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing financial operations of this busy and expanding company. The position emphasizes a team-oriented environment where individuals genuinely enjoy working together, focusing on critical accounting functions such as detailed reconciliations and proactive problem-solving to ensure financial accuracy and support organizational growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconciliations: Manage and execute accurate balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial data for a rapidly expanding organization.
• Problem-Solving: Actively engage in problem-solving for complex accounting challenges, contributing to efficient and accurate financial reporting.
• Organizational Support: Provide essential accounting support across various functions, adapting to the evolving needs of a busy company undergoing rapid growth through acquisitions.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering strong working relationships with colleagues and an incredible manager to achieve shared objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, providing foundational knowledge in accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, particularly with demonstrated strength in balance sheet reconciliations and prior experience utilizing ERP systems.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong analytical capabilities for balance sheet and reconciliation tasks, and practical experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Bonus: Prior experience with NetSuite ERP system is considered a significant advantage, along with exposure to Concur software.
