General Manager – Idaho | Guardian Restoration Partners
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Guardian Restoration Partners, located with its main office in Nampa, ID and satellite locations in Twin Falls and Coeur d’Alene. The company is building a national platform in the restoration and field services industry through a focused acquisition strategy and strong organic growth. This role is pivotal for driving the performance and success of an acquired restoration partner brand, ensuring operational excellence, market share expansion, and profitability. • Location: In-person, Nampa, ID (with satellite locations in Twin Falls and Coeur d’Alene)
• Pay: $150000–$200000 yearly
• Team: Reports to the Market Area President, supported by parent company leaders and a network of other General Managers.
• Mission: Own the operating P&L for a restoration partner organization, driving organic business growth and achieving revenue targets while fostering world-class operational standards.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee Operations: Oversee all operational aspects of the assigned partner locations, ensuring alignment with Guardian’s standards and goals.
• Drive Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and full ownership of the operating P&L.
• Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local teams, partners, and clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Optimize Processes: Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
• Champion Culture and Brand: Serve as a culture champion and role model by fully embracing Guardian’s values, and drive brand recognition within the community to become the partner of choice for restoration services.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA. Requires a focus on senior operational leadership.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within the restoration or service industry. Proven ability to drive operational improvements, sales, and achieve financial targets.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to travel approximately 25% to different sites within the state and for quarterly meetings in Denver.
• Bonus: Veteran status, bringing valuable background in leadership, discipline, and commitment to team success.
