• Pay: $18.50–$23.88 hourly
• Team: Works closely with a District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
• Mission: To prepare for a store leadership role, helping people on their path to better health.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Lead and support store teams through effective verbal and written communication.
• Customer Service: Provide high levels of customer care to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Sales Growth: Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales and revenue.
• Profitability Management: Manage store inventory and assets to maintain and enhance profitability.
• Professional Development: Actively engage in key learning experiences to support progress toward a Store Manager promotion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School diploma or GED is required. This role is a development position for future store leadership.
• Experience: Retail management experience, or previous experience as a CVS Supervisor. Must be willing to accept promotion to a Store Manager role and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market, and able to work a varied schedule based on business needs.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, customer care, merchandising strategy execution, and inventory and asset management.
• Bonus: A four-year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
