The Tone:
This is a full-time training program at Menards, located in-person at one of their 330+ store locations. Menards is a growing company focused on retail management, committed to a promote-from-within culture that fosters homegrown leaders. This role is a foundational, hands-on program designed to develop and prepare individuals for future management positions across the company’s diverse operations. It plays a critical role in building the next generation of leadership for Menards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Progression: Progress through a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed for retail management.
• Business Acumen: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Menards’ business operations and strategies.
• Collaborative Learning: Work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to enhance business acumen.
• Management Preparation: Prepare for future management responsibilities within the company.
• Career Advancement: Qualify for advancement opportunities across various Menards divisions, including Store, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers, upon program completion.
