What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and customers.
• Operations Management: Learn daily branch operations, warehouse management, and distribution processes.
• Resource Oversight: Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Financial Acumen: Build financial acumen by learning budgeting, profit and loss management, pricing strategies, and overall branch performance.
• Leadership Preparation: Prepare to successfully lead your own branch and manage a multi-million-dollar business.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, suited for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in leadership and branch management in renewable energy distribution.
• Experience: Preferred experience in customer service, sales, account management, or business development.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; demonstrated leadership potential; competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset; entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for business growth and problem-solving.
• Bonus: Valid driver’s license; willingness to relocate during the program; authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; preferred leadership experience through collegiate athletics, student organizations, military service, entrepreneurial ventures, internships, or previous professional experience.
