• Mission: This role owns the oversight and optimization of daily warehouse and manufacturing operations to meet production, safety, and customer service goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee Operations: Manage the daily operations of the warehouse and manufacturing facility, covering areas like labor scheduling, staffing, production planning, shipping, and inventory flow.
• Implement Processes: Execute production schedules, procurement, shipping, returns processing, maintenance, and administrative activities.
• Optimize Resources: Plan labor requirements based on forecasts and operational needs, and support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Guide Teams: Direct and support manufacturing supervisory personnel, partnering with facility and production leadership to establish and meet operational goals.
• Ensure Compliance: Develop and implement robust operational, safety, and housekeeping procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred, focusing on warehouse and manufacturing operations management.
• Experience: 5+ years of warehouse management experience, including leading and supervising teams within a production environment.
• Skills: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
