This Manager-Operations role is critical for training, leading, and developing a team of specialists, driving sales and revenue goals, and ensuring exceptional service and client loyalty in the daily operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Manage the daily operations of specialists with the goal of providing superior customer service to clients.
• Guidance & Development: Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care, fostering their training and development.
• Financial Management: Be responsible for managing the basic financial performance of operations, including achieving revenue growth and controlling expenses.
• Field Operations & Client Relations: Travel daily throughout the territory to visit clients, assist specialists, and partner closely with the sales team on business development.
• Efficiency & Quality Assurance: Monitor and adjust scheduled appointments for efficiencies, manage field routing, conduct client QC audits, and oversee account management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required). Core domain knowledge in customer service and operations management.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service. Proven success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Skills: Operations, Management, Customer Service, Revenue Growth, Training And Development.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree. Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment. Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations. Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
