• Pay: $16.90 per hour plus tips
• Team: Collaborates with Managers, Heart of the House, and other Front of the House Team Members
• Mission: Provide guests with an exceptional and memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Service: Lead through service by demonstrating integrity and a sense of commitment, ensuring a Team and Guest focus on every shift.
• Service Standards: Maintain and ensure Points of Service and service standards are upheld throughout the shift through personal interaction with guests.
• Order Processing: Take guest orders, accurately enter them into the POSI system, and assist with packing equipment and food.
• Restaurant Upkeep: Adhere to all Health Department and sanitation standards, keeping the restaurant in a clean, comfortable, and inviting state.
• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests and touch tables to ensure expectations are exceeded, partnering with Managers for guest recovery when needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring California Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certification prior to commencing work, and maintained throughout employment.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to read and speak English.
• Bonus: Experience in a Fast Casual Restaurant environment.
