FRONT OF THE HOUSE TEAM MEMBER | Stonefire Grill

The Tone:
This is an hourly, non-exempt, early career position at Stonefire Grill, with compensation starting at minimum wage plus tips. What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Engagement: Actively provide an exceptional and memorable dining experience by touching tables, engaging with guests, maintaining service standards, and partnering with managers on guest recovery.
• Order Processing: Efficiently manage guest orders by taking preorders, accurately entering them into the POSI system, and ensuring proper packing of equipment and food.
• Team Collaboration: Operate as a dedicated restaurant partner and team player, fostering respect and loyalty with managers, Heart of the House, and Front of the House Team Members to achieve common goals.
• Restaurant Upkeep: Maintain the restaurant in a clean, comfortable, and inviting state by diligently adhering to all Health Department and sanitation standards.
• Cultural Embodiment: Champion the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values by leading through humble service, demonstrating integrity, and contributing suggestions for improvement in team meetings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a California Food Handler certification to be obtained before commencing work and maintained throughout employment, with a minimum age requirement of 16.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills, an organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks, and proficiency in reading and speaking English.
• Bonus: Prior experience working in a Fast Casual Restaurant environment is preferred.
