Retail Operations Coordinator | Los Angeles Apparel
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Los Angeles Apparel, located in Los Angeles, CA. Los Angeles Apparel is a nearly fully vertically integrated garment manufacturing facility, focused on sustainability and efficiency. This role is critical in improving retail practices and overseeing day-to-day retail processes, directly supporting HQ and store managers to maintain high standards and a customer-focused experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Coordination: Assist in coordinating day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth workflow across HQ and all retail locations.
• Standard Implementation: Oversee the implementation of operational strategies and procedures to ensure consistency across stores.
• Supply Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for supply ordering across all stores, overseeing timely delivery and implementation.
• Financial Oversight: Audit POS transactions, including discounts, employee purchases, exchanges, and returns, and oversee store cash handling.
• Visual & Marketing Support: Coordinate graphic printing, distribution, and implementation of marketing visuals at physical store locations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Core domain knowledge in retail administration or retail operations.
• Experience: Experience in retail administration or retail operations.
• Skills:
• Highly adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume industrial retail environment.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel as needed.
• Based in the Los Angeles area with full-time availability.
• Willingness to work overtime during critical project periods, including a flexible schedule for late nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
