Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager | Regent Partners

The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site role at Regent Venture Partners (RVP), located in Dallas, TX, with an expected start date of September 1, 2026. Regent Partners is a premier alternative investment firm headquartered in Korea, specializing in venture capital and private equity across Healthcare and ICT. RVP is the firm’s U.S. subsidiary, leading investment activities in North America within Healthcare, TMT, and Consumer/Retail sectors. This role is crucial as it supports the management of U.S. portfolio company performance and RVP’s internal financial operations, contributing to transformative growth and societal impact.

• Mission: This person will manage U.S. portfolio company financial and operational performance and support RVP’s internal financial operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor and manage the financial and operational performance of the firm’s U.S. portfolio companies.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports detailing portfolio companies’ financial and operational performance.
• Investment Communication: Communicate performance insights effectively to the investment teams in Korea and the U.S.
• Internal Accounting: Support RVP’s internal accounting and financial management, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Financial Coordination: Assist with budgeting and coordinate RVP’s financial matters with external accountants and the Korea head office.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required with core domain knowledge in finance and/or accounting, suitable for an Assistant Manager level role.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, with prior experience at a public accounting firm, bank, corporate finance/accounting team, or an investment firm’s portfolio management function strongly preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to prepare quarterly reports on portfolio companies’ financial and operational performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in both Korean and English.
