The Tone:
This is a full-time role at NBCUniversal, located in a hybrid capacity. The company owns and operates leading entertainment and news brands such as NBC, Bravo, Peacock, Universal Pictures, and DreamWorks Animation. In this role, the Production Operations Coordinator is a central support for the Universal Television Entertainment Marketing Production Operations team, crucial for coordinating operational initiatives, streamlining workflows, and supporting project execution to ensure daily operations run efficiently and align with business objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate Operations: Streamline team workflows and support project execution to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
• Manage Tools: Serve as an expert and advocate for team tools and systems, including Airtable, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Frame.io.
• Project Tracking: Maintain accurate project tracking and status reporting across multiple team initiatives.
• Onboard New Hires: Coordinate and lead onboarding activities for new team members, ensuring seamless integration.
• Awards Submissions: Manage awards submission processes, including timelines, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in television marketing, production, operations, or project coordination.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in television marketing, production, operations, or project coordination. Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Airtable, Microsoft 365, or Slack is required.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, effective time management and prioritization, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
