What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and proper financial positioning.
• Cash Management: Process all incoming cash receipts efficiently and accurately.
• Receivable Oversight: Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and proper record-keeping.
• General Ledger: Perform various general ledger accounting tasks to maintain comprehensive financial data.
• Record Integrity: Maintain accurate financial records for the company’s finance and accounting operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience: General ledger accounting experience.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills using Microsoft Excel, effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bonus: Healthcare experience.
