What You’ll Actually Do
• Initiate Workload Programs: Manage the execution of workload planning initiatives, including the development and distribution of surveys, assessments, testing protocols, and multi-phase rollout communications to ensure effective operational updates.
• Maintain Workload Calendars: Own and maintain comprehensive workload planning calendars for Field Leaders and Store Teams, accurately reflecting and communicating all key business initiatives and their associated timelines.
• Develop Workload Guides: Coordinate the development and distribution of quarterly workload guides, partnering with various cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, alignment with strategic goals, and timely delivery to field teams.
• Facilitate Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners, including Store Operations, Field Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, and Field Leadership, to gather essential information and ensure all workload initiatives are clear, actionable, and aligned with overall business priorities.
• Monitor Operational Efficiency: Monitor existing workload planning processes and proactively identify opportunities to improve communication strategies, organizational structures, and overall operational efficiency, escalating recommendations for consideration and implementation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Retail Management, or a closely related field, providing a foundational understanding relevant to corporate retail operations and project coordination.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in retail environments, corporate retail operations, or project coordination roles, demonstrating practical application of organizational and operational principles.
• Skills: Exhibit strong organizational acumen, effective time management abilities, and proven project coordination skills, enabling the successful management of multiple priorities; demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication capabilities for clear field communications; possess strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines; and showcase a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional partners.
