• Mission: This role is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring high standards of service and food program execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee: Assist the Store Manager in managing all Stationstore operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead: Support the hiring, supervision, and daily task accomplishment of staff members.
• Manage: Handle bookkeeping responsibilities and execute merchandising strategies.
• Maintain: Uphold high operational standards and deliver prompt, friendly customer service.
• Execute: Implement and maintain the high standards of the company’s food program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Core domain knowledge in retail operations and food service.
• Experience: Demonstrated supervisor or management experience, including retail experience and food handling. Proven skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Skills: Cash-handling, Bookkeeping, Planning, Problem Solving, Safety and Security.
• Bonus: High School or College Degree(s).
