Research Coordinator | Quadrant Strategies

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Quadrant Strategies, located in Washington, DC, operating on a hybrid work model. Quadrant Strategies is a market research professional services firm that advises Fortune 100 companies on their most significant reputational and business challenges, leveraging data to form strategic recommendations. This role is critical for identifying, recruiting, and coordinating policy elites to participate in the firm’s research panels, thereby enabling Quadrant to deliver valuable insights to its clients within a rapidly growing industry.

• Team: Reports to a Manager of Qualitative Research and works with other Research Coordinators on a team.
• Mission: Identifies, recruits, and coordinates policy elites to participate in market research panels, enabling the firm to deliver data-driven insights to Fortune 100 clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Execution: Execute recruitment projects for interviews, focus groups, and surveys based on client team requests.
• Participant Sourcing: Proactively conduct online research to identify and engage potential experts for Quadrant’s research panels.
• Communication & Scheduling: Coordinate all outreach, communication, and scheduling with panel experts in a timely and efficient manner.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain a database of recruitment outreach, update the team’s CRM platform, and regularly report on recruitment project status.
• Vendor Management: Establish and nurture relationships with foreign language moderators and recruiters to ensure efficient global research operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Full-time or internship experience in market research or recruitment, with demonstrated success in managing projects.
• Skills: Superior communication skills (oral, written, presentation), effective relationship building and stakeholder management skills, and excellent multi-tasking and priority management abilities.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, experience with different cultures, or familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Monday.com, Decipher, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
