• Mission: Aid in Data Analysis and General Accounting responsibilities, which encompasses acquiring knowledge of processes, creating reports, and presenting findings to Management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• General Accounting & Oversight: Carry out general accounting responsibilities, which includes overseeing Accounts Payable, tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators, and completing the Fixed Asset capitalization process.
• Data Analysis & Financial Reporting: Aid in comprehensive Data Analysis, create detailed reports, and effectively present findings to Management, while also performing account reconciliations as needed and producing essential audit lists.
• Process Efficiency & Digitalization: Actively monitor and report on efficiencies gained in various projects, and proactively contribute to the review and development of digitalization process improvements.
• Project Management & Strategic Support: Conduct thorough research and conceptualize new ideas, provide critical support for project management and coordination of plans, and participate in project team meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to align with program goals.
• Administrative & Presentation Support: Create impactful PowerPoint slide decks for presentations, support the preparation for crucial meetings, and provide general administrative support, including scheduling meeting facilities and assisting with special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application and currently hold enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; demonstrated good organization and project management skills; and excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Bonus: Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (transfer students must have a GPA from current university); ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week); MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT; complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
