The Entry-Level Data Analyst will play a vital part in measuring and enhancing user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with growth, product, and marketing teams to identify scalable opportunities and rigorously evaluate growth initiatives that shape how people experience AI-driven job search.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze performance: Deconstruct acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention funnels to understand user behavior.
• Develop tools: Construct comprehensive dashboards to monitor and visualize growth and marketing performance.
• Evaluate initiatives: Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, channels, experiments, and product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities: Pinpoint funnel drop-offs and uncover scalable growth opportunities within the product.
• Communicate insights: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for various teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Understanding of funnels, cohorts, and experimentation principles.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet applications, robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate findings clearly in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools; familiarity with product analytics and marketing attribution; experience with A/B testing or lifecycle analytics; and an interest in consumer growth and marketplace products.
