What You’ll Actually Do
• Mentorship: Receive dedicated one-on-one mentorship from a team of experienced leaders, gaining insights and guidance essential for career advancement.
• Development: Engage in structured, high-quality training and feedback sessions designed to foster significant professional and personal growth within the organization.
• Operations: Operate across various stores throughout the region, acquiring diverse operational experience and adapting to different market needs and customer bases.
• Impact: Drive positive outcomes in P&L management, effectively reporting on key metrics, and influencing overall store financial performance and efficiency.
• Leadership: Cultivate and lead high-performing teams, demonstrating a passion for hiring and developing top talent, while maintaining a laser-like focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through hands-on involvement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a bachelor’s degree, demonstrating a foundational understanding for management, or a robust track record in the retail sector.
• Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 years of dedicated grocery management experience, or at least 4 years of comprehensive experience in a retail management role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Skills: Exhibit a proven passion for recruiting and developing high-caliber employees, alongside a strong, unwavering focus on elevating the customer experience; demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to challenges and an enthusiasm for hands-on leadership, willing to jump in and assist teams as needed; show the flexibility and availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings starting at 4 am, late evenings concluding at 11 pm, and weekends.
