The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, located in Bethalto, United States. This General Manager role is critical for overseeing all aspects of business operations, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the franchise.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Direction: Develop and implement strategic plans designed to achieve organizational goals and objectives for the franchise.
• Business Operations: Manage overall daily operations and make key decisions to ensure the successful functioning and profitability of the business.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial performance of the location, encompassing responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, and effective cost management.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and foster the development of a high-performing team consisting of both managers and general staff members.
• Market Analysis & Growth: Analyze current market trends and monitor competitor activities to proactively identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
• Compliance & Relationships: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, industry regulations, and company policies, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial experience required, with industry-specific knowledge relevant to the restaurant or quick-service food sector.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management and budgeting, team leadership and development, operations management and process optimization, project management, and performance management with a focus on driving results.
• Skills: Strong strategic planning and execution, excellent financial management and budgeting abilities, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Bonus: Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and a track record of driving innovation within business functions.
