The Assistant Manager directly influences both guest satisfaction and team member development.

• Mission: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing all restaurant operations, team development, and policy execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily restaurant operations, addressing immediate store needs to ensure a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Team Development: Assist in the hiring, training, development, scheduling, and evaluation of hourly team members, providing clear benchmarks and expectations.
• Guest Experience: Guarantee that every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience.
• Policy Execution: Execute all operational policies, procedures, and programs within the store, ensuring adherence to maintain a positive work environment.
• Team Support: Act as the primary resource for all hourly team members, going out of the way to address their individual needs and concerns daily.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with core domain knowledge in restaurant operations, team leadership, and guest service excellence.
• Experience: At least two years of restaurant management experience.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong time management skills, solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and the ability to speak and read English effectively.
