What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist with Project Planning: Support the planning and monitoring of software implementation and customization projects.
• Coordinate Project Activities: Manage small projects and associated activities under senior guidance.
• Maintain Project Documentation: Organize and update project plans, schedules, templates, and records.
• Facilitate Communication: Schedule meetings, distribute communications, and prepare customer status reports and meeting notes.
• Track Project Progress: Monitor project deliverables, action items, risks, and milestones.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. This is an entry-level position focused on developing project management skills within software implementation.
• Experience: Experience in software or professional services environments, or familiarity with project coordination.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and accuracy, and customer service skills.
• Bonus: CAPM certification or ability to obtain, and experience with relevant industries and tools.
