What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and supporting a positive client experience.
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, file organization, record maintenance, and team communication.
• Financial Administration: Execute basic bookkeeping duties like payment processing, account reconciliation, and assisting with billing and invoices.
• Agency Support: Collaborate with staff to assist with insurance policy administration and fulfill client requests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent, with foundational knowledge in customer service, office administration, or basic finance.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability in strong customer service and support, with proven experience as a Customer Service Representative. Practical experience managing office operations, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and task prioritization. Foundational experience in basic bookkeeping tasks such as handling invoices, processing payments, and performing account reconciliations.
• Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency with common office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing), and comfort collaborating in a close-knit, on-site team environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or office administration is preferred. Familiarity with insurance or financial systems is beneficial. Additional relevant coursework or professional certifications are a plus.
