The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Meet daily with the supervisor/manager to discuss goal attainment and inventory levels, leading all associates to achieve discussed objectives and coordinate planned workflow.
• Team Development & Support: Provide on-the-job and cross-training to new and existing associates consistently using SPARK onboarding tools and processes, ensuring team members have the necessary resources.
• Inventory Accuracy: Work closely with management to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the inventory, aiming to achieve an absolute inventory variance of 2% or less.
• Reporting & Compliance: Complete process, accuracy, and production reports associated with daily goals, communicate findings to the operations supervisor/manager, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Communication & Safety: Act as a liaison between team members and management to facilitate good communication, address issues, and assist with administering the safety program to ensure a clean and safe environment.

• Experience: Demonstrated computer literacy is required, along with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Skills: Strong self-management skills to set goals and work with minimal supervision; effective decision-making to understand impacts and motivate others; creative thinking to develop solutions; and a commitment to teamwork and accountability for results.
• Bonus: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
