What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Remotely connect with individuals who have specifically requested information, initiating conversations about their needs without cold calling.
• Financial Consultation: Guide families through various financial protection options, helping them understand relevant solutions that align with their specific circumstances.
• System Implementation: Diligently follow a proven, step-by-step system designed to optimize client interactions and ensure consistent success in service delivery.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in ongoing coaching sessions and mentorship programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth.
• Career Development: Strategically work towards building a sustainable and long-term income stream through commission-based opportunities, with clear paths for income potential growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position. Ideal candidates are those who are comfortable with direct communication, handling objections, and operating independently within a remote environment.
• Experience: No prior experience is required, as the agency provides comprehensive training and mentorship. Individuals who have excelled in fields such as door-to-door sales, canvassing, solar sales, roofing sales, pest control sales, fundraising, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality often adapt quickly within our proven system.
• Skills: Must possess strong self-motivation, excellent communication abilities, a coachable attitude, and a reliable work ethic. The capacity to work comfortably and productively in an independent setting is also key.
