Office Manager/Administrator | TruBlue Home Service Ally

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at TruBlue Home Service Ally, primarily remote in Lincoln, NE. TruBlue of Lincoln provides premium handyman services, home assessments, and regular maintenance, dedicated to helping busy adults and seniors protect their home investment by maintaining safety and value. This Office Manager/Administrator position is critical for supporting the company’s growth by ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and robust administrative support. The role directly contributes to our mission of delivering peace of mind to customers through reliable, bonded, and insured technicians.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer & Internal Communication: Manage all customer interactions via phone system, texting, and emails, and relay communications effectively between clients, staff, and management.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule meetings with potential customers for estimators and approved jobs according to staffing availability, while adjusting to interruptions like cancellations or call-offs.
• Administrative Support: Maintain an accurate inventory of all company literature and marketing materials, and assist estimators with material location and pricing needs for projects.
• Financial Tracking: Track hours worked by employees per job and purchases made for each job, providing assistance to the manager with sending out invoices upon project completion.
• Digital Engagement: Help maintain and update the company’s social media accounts, including platforms like Facebook and Nextdoor, and manage email communication with prospective clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Proven experience in office administration and operational support, coupled with a basic knowledge of business principles including profitability and efficiency.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in maintaining customer communication, scheduling, inventory management, and coordinating between diverse teams.
• Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM platforms; strong social media knowledge across platforms like Facebook and Nextdoor; expertise in customer satisfaction, treating people with respect while communicating with clients of diverse socioeconomic status and age differences; strong ability to set efficient schedules and adapt to interruptions; ability to work effectively with a diverse team of employees.
