Fleet Logistics Team Lead | AMCI Global
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at AMCI Global, located in Atlanta, GA, supporting the Porsche Experience Center. AMCI Global specializes in automotive experiences, providing key insights and solutions for manufacturers and retailers worldwide, and is unrivaled in vehicle launches and driving events. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless daily operation of the Porsche Experience Center Atlanta, directly impacting guest experiences by managing the movement and readiness of a large fleet of high-performance vehicles. The Team Lead ensures efficiency and safety in all logistics operations, contributing to AMCI’s commitment to excellence in automotive brand immersion.

• Pay: $17–$21.50 hourly
• Team: Reports to the Logistics Manager, assisting a team of 2-6 members.
• Mission: Lead and coordinate daily vehicle movements for over 130 fleet vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency for all Porsche Experience Center activities.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Vehicle Staging: Stage fully prepared fleet vehicles according to the daily manifest, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to stringent Porsche interior and exterior cleanliness standards for all guest experiences.
• Fleet Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate directly with the workshop for vehicle service needs, manage efficient and safe vehicle refueling processes multiple times daily, and oversee routine vehicle washing, meticulously tracking all movements.
• Inventory and Reporting: Conduct regular vehicle safety reports, coordinate and report on tire inventory levels, and maintain accurate logs and records on a recurring basis as requested by management.
• Vehicle Handling and Key Management: Execute special handling procedures for privately-owned vehicles with utmost safety and efficiency, concurrently managing multiple sets of keys in an organized manner.
• Pre-Session Setup and Facility Upkeep: Perform interior pre-session setup for vehicles and consistently maintain the cleanliness and organization of all operational workspaces, including the dedicated PEC detail and wash bay.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma required, complemented by a minimum age of 21 years, and prior experience in vehicle movement, the automotive dealership, or rental car industry.
• Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory or shift leader experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and oversee multiple concurrent activities, delegate tasks, and lead a team of 2-6 members effectively.
• Skills: A detail-oriented and safety-mindful approach with acute awareness and strong problem-solving capabilities; high-level communication skills, adaptability, and flexibility to quickly pivot as necessary; a customer-focused mindset; proficiency in multicultural environments; and the ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly, supported by a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
