• Mission: To operate machinery and computer software to produce high-quality finished products, perform quality checks, and prepare them for shipping.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Computer panel boards, Hoist, Pallet jack, Rewinder, Log saw, Embossing unit, Packaging equipment (poly/paper wrap, boxing)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Production Execution: Work from written orders detailing production type, material, and palletization methods.
• Quality Assurance: Perform hourly quality checks, ensuring production accuracy, and submit daily quality reports to the QA department.
• Material Handling: Operate a hoist and pallet jack to load parent rolls of paper into machine brackets.
• Machine Programming: Program and monitor computerized operating panels to control roll diameters and lengths, perforation lengths, and log saw functions.
• Equipment Adjustment: Initiate the setup, operation, and adjustments of the rewinder and all downstream equipment to meet established production quotas.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in manufacturing inventory and purchasing, or equivalent training and experience.
• Experience: SAP experience is required. Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in manufacturing inventory and purchasing and/or relevant training.
• Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as needed. Capability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
